This year, Penn Alternate Spring Break is excited to be sending eight trips of 12-14 students led by two student site leaders to areas across the nation to perform community service. In the process, they will have a positive impact on a community, learn about a new region of the United States, and make lasting friendships. Trips will depart on the weekend of March 7th and return on the weekend of March 14th. The cost of each trip will be determined in the next few weeks, and will range from $300-$500, including all transportation, accomodations and most meals. Aid will be available for students in need of financial assistance. Selection of ASB participants is a need-blind process. This online application must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Saturday, November 15th. Site descriptions are available here.
